If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 7 working days of receiving your order for a credit or a replacement. (shipping and insurance fees are non refundable). Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return. Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note these transactions may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Once we receive your returned item(s), the item(s) will be inspected by our quality control personnel.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged or tarnished as a result of everyday wear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty. Please refer to our disclaimer. Where possible, we will offer to replace faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on TassoniBrasil.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Important information

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
  • Should you receive an item that is not in good condition please contact our billing department within 7 working after receipt of your purchase to billing@tassonibrasil.com.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Jewelry boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Credit Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to ‘Bank’ the total value of your original order(s) (excluding the original cost of shipping and insurance), that ‘Banked’ sum will be applied towards any replacement purchases made from tassonibrasil.com, now or in the future. Replacement Policy

If you are returning an item(s) for replacement with an identical product(s), you should receive your replacement item(s) within 1 to 3 weeks. This time will vary depending on your location and product availability.
